Moving from out of state and need a house in a good location with private storage space? This is a two bedroom home with 2 garages. Each roommate will get their own garage.

The home sits in a 10,000 square feet lot, so there’s plenty of room for parking, and other needs such as gardening.

Prefer to have both rented out to a couple, or if someone already coming in with another roommate. Or someone renting both rooms.
