I work at home. My boyfriend also lives here and works full time at Penske and is never here LOL but true. A older gentleman rents the other room. He works full time and mostly keeps to his room. I am here most of the time by myself and our sweet dogs. We get along with everyone until you give us a reason not too! Room is very large at least 15 x 17. Freshly painted two tone gray. Small patio out back with a lot of privacy throughout the house. We have 3 stories and plenty of room to hang out or space to avoid everyone if you want to. You are not restricted to your room you have full use of the home. We have alomost 2000 sq ft. Laundry in in the home. Parking is right in front of the apartment. Located in Bellevue 20 min west of down town. Uber or Lyft if you like to go out is about $20 one way. There is 1full bathroom upstairs to share, a half bath on middle floor or main floor and a half bath in the basement which is actually what we use as the living room. In the summer it’s the coolest room in the house! If you want to have a guest over and would like privacy down there to entertain just let us know and we can go upstairs and you won’t even know we are here! It’s a great place. The pool in the summer is nice and there is rarely more that 10 people down there sometimes hardly anyone. Also a new Gym on property. There is a $250.00 deposit that will cover a cleaning fee and the last electric bill or any damages to room. May be negotiable.
Rich and I are fun and sociable. We love the pool and the outdoors. We watch sports and a lot of movies when he’s home. We have 3 sweet dogs. They bark when ever anyone comes home they just get excited. Roger rents the other room. He’s an older gentlemen who works full time in Franklin. He keeps to himself most of the time. Nice funny guy. I keep the bathroom clean for him as he’s up there in age.
