Laurel's room

I live in a luxury apartment complex that has a salt pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a full gym. It is extremely close to route 73 and the closest Patco station is 15 minutes away. Ocean City is about 45 minutes away and the AC expressway is close as well! I live on the second floor and I have never had issues with loud people. You would have your own room and your own bathroom. There is laundry in the apartment which is a great amenity. This community is also fine with putting shelves in the walls so you can do whatever you want to your room and get creative with storage! In order to live here, you need to get a credit check and proof of income and then you will be put on the lease with me. Electric and gas is in my name and it’s never over 100 per person (for both). I would need to get internet once my roommate moves out, so plan on about an extra $35 a month! I’m sorry the photos aren’t professional quality. The apartment is clean and very new and I’m looking for someone to love this apartment with me!!

I am a voice teacher who works between 1:30 and 7:30 pm. I don’t teach in the mornings and I make dinners later at night. I enjoy having dinner parties, watch tv, and cook! I like to have our shared space clean but lived in. I’m pretty chill and I just am looking for someone to live with me who I get along with and who I feel comfortable living with! I’ve been here for a year and I have met like 2 people in the building…people stick to themselves which is definitely nice!
