1.5 miles from Belmar outdoor mall, target and restaurants. 10 min drive to downtown Denver, 20 mins from Red Rocks and 1 hour from Winter Park. Enjoy your own private floor(s) 3rd and 4th floor in this newly remodeled quad leveled mid century modern home! Which includes your own private bathroom, kitchenette, washer and dryer, furnished living room and bedroom. Tennant also has full access welcomed to living room and full kitchen on 2nd floor that is shared by myself, fiancé and our 2 Frenchie’s. We live on the top floor (far away from the room you’re renting) so very private! The house also has a large sunroom, outdoor deck and massive backyard. The sunroom is currently empty, but we plan on adding a gym this summer. Feel free to use the empty space as you please until then!

Myself and fiancé are both 31 and own the home. I’m a mortgage broker and I work from home. My office is upstairs so it would never interfere with any Tennant. My Fiancé Is a project manager for a construction company. We are both extremely laid back and nice people. We both enjoy working out (4-5 days a week), snowboard, travel, sports (Go Avs) and are obsessed with our dogs! We have 2 Frenchie’s that are 4 & 2.5 years old. They are both well behaved and potty trained. Our dogs are our children so, if you don’t like dogs, please don’t apply.. it won’t be a good fit.

We have worked really hard to create a positive, peaceful and cozy environment that we call home and we would like to keep it that way. Good vibes only, no drama.
