Within walking distance of the West Trenton post office and WT Train Station to PA, convenient stores, and restaurants. Nearby West Trenton Airport and major highways. Utilities include: electric, sewer, water, heat, & FIOS internet. Kitchen, washer/dryer in basement, dining area are shared spaces and should be kept clean.

The house is occupied and maintained by a married couple in their early 40s, no kids, living on the first floor. The wife works at TCNJ in the library and the husband is a Mail Carrier. We love music and the arts as well as sports and video/board games! The home has a laid back inviting environment and friendly atmosphere, It’s non-judgemental and very fair.

The exterior of the home will be regularly cleaned to maintain the neighborhood standards, and occasional improvements will be made to ensure the upkeep of the property.
