The room is located downstairs. It has its own bathroom and large walk in closet (the closet could almost be a room) laundry room is also downstairs just outside your room. Kitchen is upstairs. We can make a shelf for your food in the pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. You’ll have a parking spot in the driveway. There is a shopping center within walking distance and a bus stop in case you take the bus. No smoking in the house. Vaping is okay to do in the house. Drinking is alright but please don’t get stupid drink infront of my daughters. All utilities are included in the rent.

I’m a 46 year old single father who has lived in Cheney my whole life. Minus the 8 years I was in the Army and the occasional times I lived in Spokane. I’m a local truck driver so my work schedule varies from day to day. When I’m home I watch TV or play video games. I’m a homebody but I do go out on weekends sometimes. I have 3 daughters age 19, 13, and 8. The 19 year old is out of the house but the 2 youngest live with me Sunday thru Thursday evenings and every other weekend. 2 dogs and 2 cats. One small dog that’s pretty mello, one medium size dog that has a good amount of energy. The dogs are friendly, they bark when I put them outside but they’re general quiet in the house unless someone is or they think someone is at the door. the cats are cats. They hate everybody.
