You will have 1 private bedroom, 1 private office suite, and 1 private bathroom to yourself for $1400 (not including utilities). This is a shared townhome - the other tenant is occupying the primary suite. You will share the kitchen and living area and there is a parking spot in the attached garage.

There is a washer-dryer and gorgeous open concept kitchen with a pantry and powder room.

The townhouse is located on a quiet cul de sac. The neighborhood is quiet and central - it’s 20 mins from Sugarland Town Square and 30 mins from the Medical Center. It’s close to great schools as well!

The house is perfect for a working professional - they can use one room as a bedroom and one as an office. It’s also perfect for 2 friends. Or just someone who wants 2 rooms to themselves.
