This ad is for a single room for rent in a beautiful 4 bedroom home with great roommates! The room is 11x11 and has great natural light, with new carpet installed in Feb ’24 (not pictured).
The house has a good size living room and kitchen, plus a small dining area. These areas are fully furnished as we enjoy cooking so the equipment is there (bread machine, instapot, cast iron skillets, etc) and other furniture as pictured. We have a small backyard with a large deck that gets regular use all summer with BBQing. Washer and dryer, central A/C and heating works great as well. Storage space available in the garage.
Rent price does not included electric, gas and water. It does include internet however. Deposit is equal to one months rent.
This is a housemate situation where two of our awesome housemates are moving on to new adventures. So two rooms are open, including this one, and we would prefer women as we tend to keep the house cleaner than the previous guys have (never vaccuum, never take trash out, leave toilet paper roll on the counter, etc). So if you and a friend are looking for a place, this might be a great fit.
We are looking for fun young professional types of any race, religion, or personality type. Must have stable employment, and already live around Denver to see the place and meet you in person. All of us are fun loving and sociable people, but enjoy our private time a lot of the time alone. We keep the house nice and tidy, but aren’t insane neat freaks, so we want someone who aligns with that. With one of us at home frequently, we also need someone who won’t want to blast music every day, unless we are all on free time (in that case, rock on). We are social people that sometimes have people over, so friends are always welcome.
