The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood near shopping, restaurants, and close to the airport. The apartment is located on the second floor. There are a total of three floors. No elevators. The apartment has a private attached garage that I keep very clean. It has a private entrance from the garage directly to the apartment. The driveway is long for multiple cars. The room has new carpeting, large spacious walk-in closet with shelving, large window, large spacious bathroom, kitchen, balcony. Access to pool, gym, outdoor grill, a pool room, business room with computers, access to Wi-Fi, and a printer. The staff is very friendly as well. It is a private gated community. I also installed a water filter for both the showerhead and a medical grade water filter system for the kitchen sink. I also have a Kangen 8 Hydrogen Water machine installed for drinking Hydrogen water. I have a washer and dryer. I currently do not have my own Wi-Fi - but I am open to adding it if the renter needs it and is willing to help pay.

I am recently divorced. I have three young children, though my children do not live with me. They stay with me every other Friday evening-Sunday (weekends). I work full-time as a nanny during the week. I have a science education / teaching background. I am neat, clean, organized. I do not party, smoke, or drink. I am looking for a low-key roommate.
