5 min drive/10 min bike ride from the UM. Walk to stores, restaurants, and buses that go directly to both the metro rail or the UM.

The enclosed patio will be a large living room, and kitchen space. There’s also a reading room..Rent will stay $1000 until reno in enclosed patio is complete.
