Housemate would have the lower-level furnished bedroom with a private entrance and use of the large lower-level living area. There is a full-sized refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker in the lower level. The full bath and lower-level living area are shared occasionally when I teach Alternative Healing and Spiritual classes. First floor kitchen and laundry are available with some time restrictions. There’s easy street parking and nearby bus routes available. I’m looking for a quiet caring tidy person that likes to recycle and preferably works out of the house 30 or more hours a week. No couples and no pets please. LGBQT+ friendly.

$600 rent a month includes utilities, internet and cable TV. $600 deposit required.
