This is a large 3104 square feet home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We are renting the bedrooms individually. These bedroom are approximately 150 square feet. Each bedroom’s rent is $675.00 per month (single person only) PLUS utilities. The utilities are shared by all the tenants equally.

The home is in a very nice neighborhood and has a fenced back yard and automatic sprinklers. There is a large deck and a separate covered patio for hanging out in the yard. The house is furnished and the kitchen is stocked with great gadgets and all dishes and pots and pans. There is an extra freezer and refrigerator available for use as well. This is a two-story house with the common areas consisting of a living room, two family rooms, a formal dining area, an eat-in kitchen dining area, a specialty room for eating which includes a refrigerator, sink and microwave and bar for sitting/eating too. Also, there is a laundry room and the main kitchen.
