David's room

This house is under remodel currently… I do not live at this location… I do have rooms for rent at my house also but this house is up for discussion currently 😎… Will be ready in a few days… Move in by 3/15/24…… photos were taken 2/27/24. I have 3 rooms available. One small room 9x11, one medium room 11x10 and one large room 11x13…. The bathroom in photo is almost finished and I will be starting on remodel of the 2nd bathroom…. Bathrooms are shared…… I will be painting the outside of the house, replacing the roof and repaving the patio l/ driveway over the next 2 months…. Work will be done at reasonable times and 95% is all outside work to be completed….. House is located directly across from a elementary school and a quarter mile from the can north campus in a nice family neighborhood.

I do not live here. I have an employee living here currently.. he will stay for a few months and move to the next remodel project. 3 rooms for rent.
