Small bedroom with it’s own bathroom available. The ground floor comprises of the shared kitchen, dining room, sitting room with a half bathroom. The second floor has my accommodation plus this spare bedroom, the original historic bathroom and a rear facing balcony. The third floor is already rented mostly self contained space and the basement has the laundry. Large yard. The house has undergone a completely restoration but some cosmetic projects still need to be completed, so don’t be surprised to see me on a weekend staining wooden trim etc. There is a bus service on my block and the supermarket and restaurants of the SOMA area are a 10 to 15 minute walk away.

I’m 50 years old,gay guy. In the morning I’m gone by 7.45am and back again around 5pm Monday to Friday. I have a mid sized dog who goes to daycare while I’m at work. She’s only 4 so loves to play. I don’t smoke, I do drink wine. Quiet house, not at all wanting noise after 10pm.
