Carpeted floor and your own private full bath right in front of your room. There’s washer and dryer in the unit. Decent size kitchen. Bills included are the internet, electricity, water & sewer. GREAT DEAL! You would have to pay $100 application fee and $25 to be added to the lease! Easy process with management! My lease expires end of December 2024.
