Hey! I’m looking for a responsible, respectful professional to take over the second bedroom in my 2b/2b located in North Park. Quiet street walking distance from all that North Park has to offer. Private bathroom, Onsite laundry (not in unit), gated building with very respectful neighbors. Rent includes some utilities, but internet/cable are separate.
Ellie my 7 year old Australian Shepherd is the third roommate, but she doesn’t contribute to the household. 🐶
Unfortunately no other pets.
Honestly this place is a steal. Looking for move in anytime before May 1!
