Chemise's room

Rent is $473 a month. Utilities are around $120 a month. Internet is $44 a month . It is a three bedroom townhome and we are two women looking for a third roommate. The full bathroom will be shared with one other renter. There is also a half bath.

We are in Thunderbolt. So not too far from to the Target off of Victory. It is a very quiet area.

Because of work schedules you may not see the two of us much at all. We don’t have too many people over often, but will give heads up if we do.

There are two cats that live in the townhouse but they stay in their owners room most of the time. Their litter box, bed and food are in their owner’s room as well.
