Utilities included including high speed internet, 50“ flat screen TV, LG large capacity all-in-one washer and dryer. The house is just a short walk to Lake Harveston….great for a leisurely stroll or exercise!!!

Single working professional adult male and retired mother live in the main residence. Chill, ez going, quiet, and friendly. There is also a 2 year old French Bulldog who resided in the main house.
