Large unfurnished room in the back of the apartment. Street parking. Must like kids.

We have a 3 bedroom apartment. The only tenants are myself, husband, daughter and our friendly Yorkie. We work Monday through Friday. I work from home so the apartment is rarely ever empty. We have friends that come over and once in a while, we may have a karaoke party. But we are mindful of our roommates and our neighbors. We like to keep the house clean.
