Suhail's room

You will be sharing a brand new house built in 2024. You will have your own private bedroom w/shared bath possibly with 1 other person. House is equipped with unlimited internet, modern kitchen and appliances. There is a laundry room located on the bedroom level. Room can be furnished for an extra charge. The room has a large window overlooking the backyard. We have a French Bulldog that serves as the owner’s service dog. She is super friendly loves attention and pets/treats (located in the pantry). Please, inquire with any questions you may have.

The owner lives on the property. There are no other roommates as of now so, you can have the option of furnished or unfurnished room.
