Shared space includes large fully furnished living room with cable TV (netflix, amazon tv, and hulu included), highspeed wifi, dining room, kitchen with island, sunroom that leads to large backyard and deck, powder-room bathroom, and spacious laundry. The partially unfinished basement has an elliptical available for shared use as well. Private off-street parking pad available. Deck is also located on first floor beyond the sunroom. Home is located conveniently near Hamilton, fairly close to Morgan State University, and 25 minutes from downtown Baltimore. Easy access to nearby grocery stores, public transportation, a few restaurants, Fast-Food establishments, and 18 minutes from White Marsh Mall. Bedroom does not have a large closet space, however, a corner open “walk-in style” closet piece from IKEA has been placed in the bedroom. The bedroom has three large windows with great light. Ceiling fan with attached lighting along with recessed ceiling lighting. There is a queen-sized IKEA low wooden bedframe with a new LULL mattress and new TARGET bedding. Attached private bathroom has full vanity, mirror, toilet, and large square stand-up shower. There is an additional window in the bathroom for great natural light. — I have an ample amount of additional furniture for the room if required. If you find you require an additional dresser, nightstand, or secondary storage needs, please let me know and I will gladly provide that for a slightly additional cost. Safety is very important, which is why the home is equipped with ADT and RING security systems. Pricing listed includes room rent, occupying the entire main level, outside, parking, and all bills included. Yard maintenance and upkeep provided by owner.

Home is shared with the owner who lives on site occupying the secondary floor. I am a hardworking, fairly quiet, business professional who enjoys playing Jazz while I bake homemade muffins. While I have three cats, they are all VERY friendly and stay out of the way mostly. The house is over three-thousand square feet so you may not always see them around. I tend to keep to myself however, I am pleased to meet and bond with new people. I am VERY Type A and while I am accommodating to most lifestyles, I am not flexible in some areas. Please no smoking of any kind, please limit your drinking as my days helping friends and holding their hair over toilet seats as they vomit have long passed. No overnight guest - I am sorry. I however will not limit guest during the daytime and usage of the outdoor area with friends is alright with me - lets chat first to set ground rules. I tend to keep all areas of the house super clean and would appreciate someone who holds the same values of cleanliness. Great communication and understanding discussions are very important, and I am always available for a chat to voice any opinions, concerns, or means that would make our living amongst one another successful. Also, if you’d like someone whose hobby is baking and cooking, you’d enjoy my homemade desserts and meals.
