The apartment is fully furnished and each bedroom has their own bathroom and closets. The bedroom that I am subleasing, has its ow full bathroom, two walk in closets and a linen closet. The washer and dryer is upstairs and the kitchen includes all appliances and a pantry. Along with a dining room table and chairs and a couch. Redpoint Gainesville is a great complex with great and helpful staff, an awesome club-house with a pool and a gym, and a great place to hangout and study. The rent is $719 a month utilities not included and comes with internet. The complex is 11 minutes away from Santa Fe college and about 7 minutes away from the University of Florida. There is a Publix about 8 minutes away and multiple urgent cares close by.

I am subleasing because I was planning on going to school at Santa Fe college in the fall but something didn’t workout and I am not able to go anymore. Since I haven’t lived in the apartment with anyone yet the roommate part is still up in the air. The complex is full of students so if you’re interested you have to be a single student who qualifies for a single bed space. If you are interested and know someone that is living there next year or is interested in living at redpoint next year you can always request to stay together.
