Pool Home with separate apartment/private entrance in back. A small-medium size dog is welcome/see add’l pet fee. Apt is a 1 bed-1bath efficiency (with it’s own kitchen. The laundry room with (washer dryer-shared) is included in the rent and for tenant use only. 1 parking space for tenant. 5 min walk to Wilton Drive. 10 mins drive to beaches and downtown Ft Lauderdale.

Unit can be unfurnished or furnished-flexible owner. Studio Apt is a combined living/bedroom plus more living space outdoors-cozy covered porch next to pool. Outdoor furniture-dining table and chairs for relax or work.

Indoor furniture-queen size bed (please provide own linens)., available leather recliner and/or leather cocktail chair. (See photos-office chair, 3 feet wide round cocktail table below Roku Tv on wall). Enough space for a loveseat-couch. 2 large closets with shelves for clothes/linens. Additional tall chest with 6 drawers. The Bed/living room is separate from kitchen, bathroom, and laundry rooms.

2020 remodeled bathroom, sunken shower with marble-like porcelain floor to ceiling. Newer 2020 Kitchen with glass mosaic tile and sliding door with glass inserts. Kitchen with DISHWASHER, DISPOSAL, FRIDGE, optional single burner COOKTOP or TOASTER OVEN. Free use of Washer-Dryer for tenant only. Per (dog) fee is extra $100 per month. $1300 plus Elec and water cost is divided by 3. Tenant portion $110 currently. approx $140 August. Free wifi, Upgraded speedComcast, WiFi streams well but can’t guarantee for remote-work from home. $1300 security deposit, flexible lease. Thank tou!

Landlord is laid-back, open minded, but always responsible, quiet. Sometimes but not often to have a friend over. Looking for a tenant who is similar. Thank you!
