Yelm Highway Southeast

I have 5 acres that we are in the process of developing into a flower and vegetable farm. I am renting out a 30 ft Lux RV as a private apartment this year. I am hoping to find someone who will stay until the fall, but lets chat about your plans and see how we can allign. The RV is furnished, has its own kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and a little dining table. I have provided dishes and utensils. There is couch that pulls out into an extra bed if you have guests. There is also a TV and radio for you to use. The rent is $950 a month plus utilities. I am open to discussing that amount depending on the length of your stay and your security deposit. We live out in a pretty scenic area, about 5 minutes from Lake St Clair. We’re 25 minutes from downtown Olympia and 20 minutes from JBLM. I’m an open book so if you have questions please let me know!

Right now we have 3 people living in the house. You will probably see us around the farm, however we fully intend to give you your privacy. We are very friendly if you want to say hi, hang out or join us at a bonfire. You’ll see Paulo around. He really likes music and dogs. You’ll see Tony and Ruby working on various projects. Ruby is a Great Pyranese, she does have a big bark, but she’s very nice. We have some chickens too! (they are not near the RV) My name is Ren, I manage things on the farm and love flowers, art and music. You’ll probably see me running around a lot. We are hoping that you are a kind, drama free person who enjoys our peaceful haven as much as we do.
