I’m looking for a woman to rent a room in my home. Maybe someone who is trying to start over, recently divorced, or just starting out. Please NO drama.

I don’t want any pets because I already have 2 cats sometimes 3 when my boyfriend comes over – so you must love cats.

You will have full access to the home, my dishes, pots/pans, towels. All bedrooms are upstairs, so get ready to climb steps 😊 You will have your own bathroom – which is located right by the bedroom You will have a spot in the garage if you have a smaller vehicle & it fits

I’m in the process of working on the basement so we both will have our own space

There is a firepit in the back yard which you are welcome to use.

All I ask is that the rent be paid on time, for you to have respect for my home and to clean up after yourself .

I am a 56-year-old woman I consider myself a very nice, easy, fun laid back person. I work a normal 8-5 job so I’m home every night and usually most weekends I have 2 cats – so you must be a cat lover- so sorry, no more animals. My boyfriend of 15 years is usually over on the weekends along with his cat, so once again a cat lover you must be.
