About the room
The room is absolutely gigantic, I currently have two queen beds in one room with plenty of room. The bathroom is connected and private, and the closet is massive as well. All utilities (FPL, water, trash, wifi) are included. You could literally fit your own couch in there and turn it into a studio. It can come with or without a bed, and you may do whatever you like with the common space! It will be available around April 15th.
About the roomies
The other room will be rented out as well, Iām not strict about age/gender etc. As long as you seem like a decent and responsible human being, all is well. Move in will be around April 15th as well!
