I have a small but lovely room measuring 9’-8“ x 8’-4“, with large windows, wonderful light, and its own closet, which I hope to have rented by mid March. The rent will be $550/month with all utilities included in rent. If you are unable to take occupancy by mid March, a deposit of $550 will hold space for one month. The first and last month is required upon move in. A pet is allowed, upon approval, with no additional rent or deposit. You will have access to all shared areas. There is a large fenced backyard, washer and dryer, and countertop dishwasher.
The Paseo Art District is a vibrant community full of stimulating, creative people. It’s wonderful to be able to walk to shops, restaurants and bars, studios, galleries, entertainment, and nearby parks.
I have been using the room I’m going to rent as my office and will be pulling my stuff out of there in the next few days so I can post pictures of the space for your review.
With either a pull out loveseat Sleeper or convertible chair that easily pulls down into a single bed (see links if examples below), the space could become a cozy combination study/office/bedroom.
