All utilities (Wi-Fi, too) included, Elec shared only if increase is substantial. Must like small, friendly dog.
About the roomies
I am the only person here. 67 yrs young office manager with nearby family that I go visit - I do NOT like visitors in my home. I am a quiet but very friendly introvert. A Non-smoker, although an outdoor smoker is fine. Also cannabis friendly. No pets (sorry). Light casual drinking is fine.
