Joshua sanders's room

This is a Victorian house where it’s 2 parts of house basically 2floors full big backyard but will only access to some of the backyard bc of few dogs that watch the property. My wife I live at the up stairs of the house we have two rooms available also a bathroom.

We are a couple wife, husband, an has a young 4yr old child we are chill we work an hustle a lot so that someone has to work friendly maybe willing help with house maybe cleaning but we are 420 an god fearing, fun couple.
