Rod's room

This is a new house I’m renting to own, so it’s completely empty and clean. Does have three small rooms with a big type room in between the kitchen and garage. Area doesn’t seem so bad although it’s off Lincolnway but it’s way down. I’ll have photo’s soon.

I’m a single dad with two younger kids just looking for a nice roommate. Someone with income or a job, smoke outside of you do and be down to earth. I’m clean but not OCD clean so someone clean as well is great. No pets
