$600 per person ($1200 total), Utilities are separate. In unit washer/dryer, private bathroom, next to NAU/multiple grocery stores/restaurants, usually quiet/safe area. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, portable A/C, shared balcony. Whole unit on second floor. Loft style apartment where my bedroom/bathroom is upstairs and yours would be downstairs.
