Downstairs bedroom with own bathroom. Sycamore Creek community is a family oriented community that has multiple trails, a couple of parks with basketball, tennis and soccer access. The community also has pools, a gym and yearly events that you can enjoy. There’s a shopping center within 5 minutes that includes a Vons , Starbucks, CVS, nail shop a couple of food restaurants and a gas station. There’s also plenty of street parking with a 24hour community patrol.

We are 3 adult professionals between 28-48 years old, 2 females 1 male that Work long hours most of the week. We are clean, respectful and considerate.
