You’re taking over my current roomies master en-suite($1790). Rent is utilities included. Total rent 3580. Except WiFi and electric which comes out to $70 a month. Parking is underground in your assigned parking spot with guest parking located underground as well and some above ground with parking pass from main gate security. It is a gated community and you’ll get a clicker so you can enter whichever gate. A secret garden area around the complex adds a nice touch. Located off the 405. Surrounding freeways include 55, 5, and 22. 10 minutes from Irvine spectrum. 15 from Newport Beach. Mothers market and few restaurants and LA fitness gym located across the street. SNA John Wayne Airport 5 minutes away. UCI located 5 minutes away. With additional markets and fast food options like Trader Joe’s, Target, Albertsons, in n out, and etc.
I am a 25-year-old grad student and model who loves dogs and values a clean and peaceful environment. I do have a 4 year old Belgian malinois and request no other pets allowed. I prefer staying at home over partying, but I am still a social person who enjoys spending time with friends and loved ones. I am open to having friends over and allowing overnight guests, as long as they respect both the property and myself. Common spaces are for everyone but I ask that personal items are respected in common spaces. Overall, I value mutual respect and communication in shared living situations. I would love to be friends with my roomie as it makes it smooth sailing and the key ingredient to making things work.
