It’s a private room with connected full bath, two windows with privacy blinds, a furnished living room and dining room, though we could use a replacement love couch. Beautiful apartment complex with a pool and hot tub. A park right next door, and an even bigger park a two minute walk away. Schools nearby, and access to the freeway. Plenty of food and grocery a walking distance away. Only the PROPERTY doesn’t allow smoking 420 on premises, but we go to drum and we go to drum.

My name is Ian :) I have a partner named Paris that visits often as well as friends who come over now and again. My roommate is currently trying to do a release of tenant, so I need to find a replacement roommate to sign the lease. I know how to cook and bake, and work as a manager at a customer related store. My friend X is finding a job atm so that he may get on the lease so we may only pay 560 each after bills, or he’ll be on his way. I go to drum often, and love adventuring out and having fun with friends. Most of my friends, including myself and my partner are lgbtq or lgbtq friendly so if that’s an issue, find another room please.
