Kimberly's room

I have a single room for rent in Woodland with your own private use of a bathroom (not attached) . I have a laundry room across the hall from bedroom in a nice house in quiet suburban neighborhood. Room has furniture but i can remove it to accommodate . I’m happy to share all living spaces to include back yard patio.

I am a single mom with 1 drama free kiddo at home . (and a lab) Very recently divorced and trying to make ends meet. I keep a clean house and work a lot of hours M-F.. I enjoy cooking and exercising and reading . Looking for a female renter to who is responsible, friendly, honest , trustworthy and employed.
