We only rent out a few rooms in the home. It’s 9000 the square feet. Everybody has their own room and their own bathroom. The home is two blocks from the village. The rent includes electric, gas and cable. Plenty of parking on the property. Three door commercial kitchen refrigerator for everybody to have plenty of use. Two door commercial freezer for plenty of space for freezing your food. Respect for the fellow roommates with no drama is required.

We have a property that has three people living there now. Looking for another friend to come along to enjoy the space. We all well kept and don’t believe in any drama. We just want a quiet and enjoyable place to live without any issues. While we do, community can’t interact with each other as we pass. Everyone primarily keeps it themselves and keeps the property looking nice.
