Denise and Juan's room

This is a three bedroom two bathroom house. Laundry in the garage. We converted one of the rooms into an office. The other is a spare bedroom fully furnished. The neighborhood is very quiet. There’s always plenty of parking in the street. We are down the street from CBU. Cross streets are Larkspur Rd and Camelia Dr. You are welcome have guests over ,but not for overnight stays. Bills included.

Married couple ,with no children. Looking to rent out spare bedroom. We have 2 Australian cattle dogs and 3 cats.
