We are looking for one roommate (fem/afab) to fill the Master Bedroom in a newly built roomy 4-bedroom home in very safe and newly built neighborhood in Queen Creek, 5-15 minutes away from Queen Creek Marketplace, Costco and other facilities. The bedroom has an updated shower, updated bathroom located within room, and roomy walk-in closet. You would have 3 other roommates. The rent is $1100 with a refundable security desposit of $1100. Rent includes utilities, internet, access to community facilities (swimming pool, tennis Court, gym), landscaping, internal washer/dryer, etc. There is currently space for two cars in the garage for additional fee of $80/month per spot. There is plenty of on-street parking, as well as a driveway. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and other common areas are shared in the house and the space includes a couch, a dining table with four chairs, and a refrigerator + in-unit washer/dryer that are permanent to the property and provided by the landlord. No dogs are allowed but we have space for up to 3 cats with non-refundable pet deposit ($100) and monthly $30 fee.

• You are REQUIRED to smoke outside.
• If a personal TV is used in the bedroom, it CAN NOT mounted on the wall without prior approval. We are looking for someone who is clean, kind, easygoing, communicative, and respectful. You will be living with 2/3 other women and any issues must be communicated internally before contacting the property manager. Roommate rules and boundaries will be discussed internally between housemates or can be determined by the property manager should any issues arise. Proof of employment/pay stub, background check, and form of identification is required.

hi, i’m rai! i’m 23 and looking to rent rooms in a 4 bed 3 bath house i was looking to move in with friends, but plans changed :( so now i have to find 4 individuals who would like to take our place! the house is brand new, and there are 4 rooms for rent.

2 rooms are 850 each with a shared bath 1 room is 950 with a personal bath 1 room is a master bedroom with a big personal bathroom and walk-in closet + lots of storage space
