Rai's room

We are looking for 2 roommates (any gender identity, preferably between 21-30) to fill 2 separate bedrooms with a shared bath in a newly built roomy 4-bedroom home in very safe and newly built neighborhood in Queen Creek, 5-15 minutes away from Queen Creek Marketplace, Costco, and other facilities. This is a scenic area. The bedroom has an updated shower and updated bathroom located within room. There will be 4 people co-existing in the house together, and 2 of the current roommates are 26 & 28 (male and female).

Both of them are extremely kind and respectful, and we’re looking for one person or two people who don’t mind sharing a bathroom space. Couples are encouraged as long as both rooms are rented.

Current roommates are sweet, kind, and communicative. There will never be an issue of comfortability, and they can strike up a conversation with anyone! They have two cats named Pickles and Theo.

The rent is $850 with a refundable security desposit of $850. Rent includes utilities, internet, access to community facilities (swimming pool, tennis Court, gym), landscaping, internal washer/dryer, etc. There is currently space for two cars in the garage for additional fee of $80/month per spot. There is plenty of on-street parking, as well as a driveway.

The living room, dining room, kitchen, and other common areas are shared in the house and the space includes a couch, a dining table with four chairs, and a refrigerator + in-unit washer/dryer that are permanent to the property and provided by the landlord.

No dogs are allowed but we have space for up to 3 cats with non-refundable pet deposit ($100) and monthly $30 fee.

• You are REQUIRED to smoke outside.

• If a personal TV is used in the bedroom, it CAN NOT mounted on the wall without prior approval.

We are looking for someone who is clean, kind, easygoing, communicative, self-aware, and respectful. Any issues must be communicated internally before contacting the property manager, unless there is an issue of comfort or safety (which is highly unlikely).

Roommate rules and boundaries will be discussed internally between housemates or can be determined by the property manager should any issues arise.

Proof of employment/pay stub, background check, and form of identification is required.

hi, i’m rai! i’m 23 and looking to rent rooms in a 4 bed 3 bath house i was looking to move in with friends, but plans changed :( so now i have to find 4 individuals who would like to take our place! the house is brand new, and there are 4 rooms for rent.

2 rooms are 850 each with a shared bath 1 room is 950 with a personal bath 1 room is a master bedroom with a big personal bathroom and walk-in closet + lots of storage space
