Sadie's room

Private room/bath available in a shared home. In a separate wing of the house, this is a really awesome space for a couple or single person to have privacy in a shared space! The closet is huge, bathroom is as well, and has a separate entrance into the room from outside. I was living here, and am moving closer to family, so filling the space! Home is spacious, and an open floor plan of living space. Single level, fully furnished and stocked kitchen! Bedroom not furnished, but a bed is available for a small cost. We have three acres of mixed property, stretching back to a canal offshoot of Assowoman Bay (yes, it is waterfront on the private back of the property, a three minute walk from our back door!) We have a dock, awesome for kayaking and paddle boarding, and available for docking small watercraft and pontoons so calling all fishers/boaters. We have two outdoor fire pits, one close to the house, one in the rear, and a working wood stove in the living room. This is a rented property, I am subletting to other renters. This sublease will be though June, 1, with the option to elongate after. (A kind of trial period) Current tenants are two males, living in the separate shared wing of the house. They have a separate bathroom. One is a chef, the other an electrician. There is one dog in the house. Must be dog friendly, tidy, respectful of volume, and a team player. Two roommates- both male 30+ years of age One chef, super kind, also a craft metal worker on the side. Has a girlfriend that is around (As I said, I’m moving out, but he is a really sweet guy, happy to help with things, and trustworthy, known him for years) Works evenings, and enjoys going to stay with his mom on off days. Other, an electrician, loves football/sports, single, has a super sweet pup. He works early til 5-ish, so we try not to be super loud! He enjoys kayaking and outdoor activities.
