Complex is off the main road (Blanco) so very quiet and safe. Nice pool, decent but small gym, and great staff. Very close to the Greenway and multiple parks so if you love being outside this place is for you. Parking is free but not coveted. Accessible by line 2 of the VIA bus system.

Hello! I’m looking for a roommate for my apartment. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath so you would have your own bathroom. It’s $650 a month base rent, and after all utilities it averages about $800 dollars a month. The complex will run a background check and credit check on you if you wish to sign a lease.
Complex itself is located in north San Antonio near the airport and North Star Mall. It’s in a quiet safe neighborhood tucked away from the main road. Nice pool, a small gym, and very attentive and helpful maintenance.
