I have one room on the third floor of a townhouse that requires sharing washer and dryer, kitchen and the full bath.

All utilities are included, and high speed Internet as well. Looking for month to month for flexibility

I’m a combat veteran marine that is retired and very respectful of noise, your private space, and maintain a clean house. There is no smoking, drugs or domestic distances. These are all grounds for notice to vacate. Only trained cats are welcome with a $50.00 pet fee.
