Ground floor level of house set up as a separate one bedroom with its own entrance, bathroom and mini kitchen/living room. Nice neighborhood, transportation close by. Owners only come through to do laundry, can agree on times that work for tenant. The furniture is not fancy, what is there are from previous tenants:couch, coffee table, bed, dresser, desk

Older couple working part time, this is more of a home share. We keep the rent low(750 plus 150 to cover all utilities, water, internet, laundry). In exchange we do ask for help with things like snow removal, pet care when we travel… You have your own space but if you want to bake something or come up to visit, you are welcome. We already have two dogs and two cats, so no more pets, please
