Deborah's room

This property is located in a quiet hoa, neighborhood watch community . There is a club house with a pool, track, tennis courts, half basketball court and a play ground . There is only one person allowed per room . The Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, private bathroom and a walk in closet . There are laundry facilities located on the same floor . All kitchen utensils, air fryer, rice steamers , pots and pans, crock pot, pressure cooker are provided . This is a quiet house with a nice large deck on the second floor . Only outdoor smoking is allowed .

I’m an older female that lives in the downstairs apartment . I clean the common areas daily . We currently have 2 young professional adults working full time. The last guest was in his 70’s . All ages get along here. Hulu live and high speed 5G internet is included . Our internet also works on 2.4G if needed. All utilities are included .
