Looking for roommate to rent out private master room in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 1,500 sqft house located in North East Modesto at Village One by Sylvan School District.

Recently upgraded laminated flooring, granite countertops, and Carrara marble tiles in shared restroom. Spacious kitchen lounge that allows you to relax. 5 minute drive to grocery stores and Riverbank Shopping Plaza. 5 minute walk to Ustach Park. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Semi-Furnished: living room couch, living room TV, kitchen table/chair set, kitchen appliances (2 fridges), in-unit laundry, lounge area with couch, small decors and plants.

LOOKING FOR: A responsible, easygoing, communicative roommates to split only Gas, Water, Sewage, and Garbage utilities, as ELECTRIC, INTERNET, & SECURITY SYSTEM WILL BE INCLUDED.

WHEN: Rooms will be available APRIL 1ST.

ALLOWED: You can have guests over as long as you let everyone know before hand, and they can stay the night if needed but nothing longer than 2 nights occasionally.
