Fraser's room

The room is small-medium and newly renovated. The room is also furnished if that is needed. We have a 2 car garage if storage is needed along with an attic. The house has 2 and a half bathrooms so you will share with my friend. He is very considerate of everyone’s space and you will have your own sink in the bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer on the second floor next to the bedrooms.

I am the owner of a 4 bedroom home (male). I currently live with my girlfriend and my male friend. We recently had a roommate move out for educational purposes so we are looking for someone to occupy the space. We have 1 large female dog who is very sweet and rarely barks along with 3 cats (2 male, 1 female). All animals are very sweet or shy and won’t be a bother. We supply various shared food items in the kitchen along with household necessities like toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap, cleaners, etc. Utilities are included as well as internet. Everyone in the house is fairly quiet and work full time jobs. All spaces on the first floor are shared spaces. Guests are welcome as long as they are respectful and all roommates are given proper notification. Smoking is permitted but only allowed outside. We also enjoy the occasional glass of wine.
