2,100 sqft. spacious loft right on Tempe Town Lake with Floor to Ceiling windows and double balcony. Views of the lake and direct access to biking/ boarder walk along the river. I am looking for a roommate that will have the loft to themselves as I would be out of town for the rest of the lease. The lease ends December 15th 2024, but you are welcome to renew it if you love being here! There are multiple club pools within the complex, grill, workout room, yoga room, rooftop hangouts, business rooms, etc. Also Pet Friendly!
Great for young professionals, students, working from home, etc.
