Spare room in an apartment walking distance from UNLV. You have your own toilet area and bathroom sink, while the bathtub/shower is shared and has doors with locks on each side. The only common areas are the kitchen and living room. Fridge and freezer space will be shared, but please ask if you want to use anything. Feel free to use any appliances or dishes that I have.

You will not be on the lease and I only expect the month of rent and half the energy bill, which for me alone is usually around $40. The lease ends August 31st and I will be moving out of the apartment by then.

I’m the only other resident. A few times a week I may have a friend over, never more than one. I accept guests, but preferably fewer than 5 other people total in the apartment at a time, and I don’t mind noise. I strongly recommend keeping the place clean and cleaning up after yourself. I’m not home most of the time as I work a lot of hours, but if I am off I will tend to be home all day. I am friendly, but more on the introverted side, so I will mind my own business most of the time and provide you with anything you need. My only other rule is that no one is allowed in my room without my consent. I am very quiet and barely make noise, but I am respectful, and if I intend to have friends over or call them, I will let you know.
