All utilities included in rent, (electricity, water, trash, internet) Home on fully fenced 1 acre property. Private room and bath with locking door and key provided. Dedicated parking spot inside fence. House share with washer and dryer available. Room at back of house for privacy. TV service in the room is up to rentor if they want it. Roku tv is available in the living room. Decks and spots on property are available for hanging out. Exercise equipment also available for use.

I am single male professional. No kids or animals. I work from home and run my business from home. Renting to single professionals only. No smoking inside the home. (maybe 1 cat ok) I can be flexible to specific situations upon discussion.
