I will be moving out but in no rush since I would like to have someone trustworthy and friendly person to stay with my roommate. I have 2 rooms available one with its own bathroom and another that would share the bathroom with my male roommate. The room with the shared bathroom would be $800. Kitchen would have Everything you need for cooking would be provided. Bills would be included as long as there not used excessively. I will be maintaining the yard since I will slowly be upgrading things in the house to making it more techy if something like that interest you. I would like someone that has a job to keep up with the payments. I would like to meet before going forward.
Safeway is about a mile away. Walmart is a half a mile away. Multiple fast food restaurant.
I am a engineer and will be living in Sacramento to upgrade the house and in case something is needed. My current roommate has lived there since I had the house. He is quiet and minds his own business and usually in his room. He likes to cook from time to time but usually in his room. Very friendly and keeps house clean.
